Dawn Deguire RYT 500 (Muskoday First Nation, SK) is passionate about bringing the healing powers of yoga to Indigenous communities. She is a co-founder of Saskatchewan Indigenous Yoga Association and is dedicated to change-making as a motivational speaker, consultant/coach, DEI trainer, recovery advocate, reiki master, and yoga instructor. Dawn has an educational background in Public Relations from the U of Victoria, and is a certified Professional Director (Pro.Dir.) through the Johnson-Shoyama School of Public Policy. Kristine Divall, ERYT 200 is an experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer. Kristine was born and raised in Saskatoon on Treaty 6 and now lives in Golden BC with her two kids and partner David. Kristine has worked as an educator and graduated from the U of S with a Masters in Education. She co-founded VYFY in 2008, an organization dedicated to sharing yoga with benefits of yoga with youth. Kristine created a VYFY training in 2012 and has been leading yoga trainings, and retreats. Along side Yoga, Kristine works as a coach, and consultant inspiring and supporting others to reach their potential and share their offerings with the world.
